Welcome Note

Dear Students, Families, and Community Members,

Welcome to Imagine School at Lakewood Ranch, proud home of the Sharks!  It is my honor to serve as principal at our small, family-oriented school.  Our staff is dedicated to cultivating relationships built upon open communication, transparency, shared decision-making, and community partnership.  Our dedicated team of educators are passionate about inspiring a love of learning and equipping our students with academic and social skills to help them reach their full potential.

As Sharks, we always move forward! This year, our primary focus is building a strong, inclusive culture where every student feels safe, valued, heard and motivated to succeed. We believe that a positive school culture is the foundation for all academic and personal growth.  We cannot build this culture alone. True success happens when the school, families, and community swim together. We invite you to actively participate in your child’s journey, collaborate with our dedicated teachers, and help us maintain an environment of mutual respect and excellence.

Thank you for entrusting us with your child’s education. I look forward to an exciting and successful school year filled with growth, achievement, and memorable experiences.

Sincerely,

Katrina Courts, Principal
